Program Receipt
Should you require a receipt for your program please send an email to sharon@insideedgeskating.ca. Only one receipt will be issued. Receipts can be used towards Child Tax Fitness Credit.

Cancellation Policy
Requests to withdraw from a program will be accepted up until and including the second schedule class of the session, this is for weekly lessons only.  Any later requests will be denied and no refund will be issued.  Summer Camps will be refunded up until 1 week to the day prior to start of camp any later requests will be denied and no refund will be issued. Should a participant be removed from the program for any reason no refund or credit will be issued. *All refunds are subject to a cancellation charge of $20.00*.

Refunds and Credit Notes
If you have withdrawn from the program in the allotted time a cheque refund or returned funds on credit card will be done within a minimum of 2 weeks an additional $25 administration fee will be charged on any refunds. A credit note is not subject to any cancellation charges but will be pro rated to reflect the number of scheduled classes that have occurred since the starts of the session. Credit notes are valid indefinitely and can be applied to any Inside Edge program.

NSF Cheques
Any payments returned NSF will be subject to a $40 additional charge to any monies outstanding.

Equipment Notes

Skating Classes
Any child participating in a skating program will need the following:
–  CSA approved helmet is mandatory. Face mask is also mandatory to new skaters and skaters under the age of 8yrs old.
– mittens or gloves
– warm jacket or sweater
– new skaters should have splash pants or snow pants
– comfortable clothing
– skates ( we do not rent or supply skates)
*Any adults taking a skating program must wear a CSA approved helmet.

Hockey Classes
All children participating in a hockey program are required to wear full hockey gear, please see list below:
