Power Skating (Summer 2022)
This program is designed for individuals currently in hockey and looking to improve their skating technique. Skaters will have the opportunity to improve their speed, power, agility, posture and endurance. Each class includes skating with and without the puck. Power skating is an excellent way to
increase your level of play and a fun way to get exercise.
*Please note this is not a beginner skating program you must have previous skating and hockey experience.

Hockey Skills & Drills (Summer 2022)
Perfect for players who are looking to keep up their skating and hockey skills during the off season. Skaters will enjoy both skating and hockey drills in each practice. All skill levels are welcome. Previous hockey experince is required.
