An ideal class to start your little one on the ice for the first time. Designed for children who may not be comfortable skating without the support of an adult. During these 30 minute classes, adults are on-ice to encourage their children and provide guidance. Adults must be comfortable on skates to assist child, no shoes permitted.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS:
- CSA approved hockey helmet with full cage. (Bicycle and ski helmets are NOT permitted)
- Single blade hockey or figure skates (please try and avoid plastic skates)
We also recommend the following clothing:
- Warm comfortable jacket and water proof pants (splash pants)
- Thick mittens
*It is also recommended that adults wear a CSA-approved hockey helmet when on the ice with their child.

Exemption Dates
Saturdays: January 18th (Cambridge Sports Park Tournament). February 14th (Family Day Weekend)
Thursdays: March 19th (March Break)
*Ages are suggested on average performance. Skaters may be moved to a different class based on skill level.
*Fees listed are for the duration of the session. Late registrations will be pro-rated based on start date.
