Skating Skills 1: Suitable for beginner skaters
Skating Skills 2: Suitable for skaters who have completed Skating Skills 1 or who are able to push and glide forward and march backwards
Skating Skills 3: Suitable for skaters that have completed Skating Skills 2 or who are able to push and glide forward, skate backwards, stop and demonstrate a 1-foot glide
Skating Skills 4: Suitable for skaters that have completed Skating Skills 3 or who are able to do forward cross overs and working on backwards cross overs.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS:
- CSA approved hockey helmet with full cage. (Bicycle and ski helmets are NOT permitted)

- Single blade hockey or figure skates (please try and avoid plastic skates)
We also recommend the following clothing:
- Warm comfortable jacket and water proof pants (splash pants)
- Thick mittens

Exemption Dates
Saturdays: January 18th (Cambridge Sports Park Tournament). February 14th (Family Day Weekend)
Thursdays: March 19th (March Break)
*Ages are suggested on average performance. Skaters may be moved to a different class based on skill level.
*Fees listed are for the duration of the session. Late registrations will be pro-rated based on start date.
