Cancellation Policy:
| - A full refund or credit note will be applicable to any cancellation a week prior to program start date. ("Notice Pariod"). |
| - A pro-rated refund or credit note will be applicable up and until the second week of programs. |
| - There will be no refunds or credits after the two week "Notice Period" mentioned above. |
| - Please be advised to avoid cancelling classes, some classes may become split classes. However, we do ensure that the participant will still receive a lesson according to their level. |
| - Credit notes do not expire and are not redeemable for cash. However, credit notes are pro-rated to reflect the number of remaining scheduled classes. |
| - Due to circumstances beyond our control, scheduled class times are subject to change. |
Missed Class Policy:
| We are unable to provide make-up classes, as our programs run at full capacity. However, you can email Steve at steve@insideedgeskating.ca if you have any inquiries. |
